Scheduled to open in 2009, Conrad Koh Samui Resort and Spa will be the newest luxury villa property on the popular Thai island. This property will set new standards for spa resorts on the ever popular island of Koh Samui. It will also offer our guests a new location in which to experience the Conrad brand promise to indulge in the 'luxury of being yourself'."

Comprising 79 villas and 39 Conrad Residential villas, the Conrad Koh Samui Resort and Spa will be located on a secluded hill, overlooking Aow Thai Beach at the South West tip of the island. Spread over 25 acres, the luxurious Conrad Koh Samui Resort and Spa will offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand, outlying islands and the surrounding landscape of lush coconut plantations. It is also a perfect western-facing vantage point where guests will take-in the stunning Koh Samui sunsets.

Each of the villas will have a minimum of 200 square meters of space, complete with a private plunge pool and a generous outdoor sundeck area that enables panoramic vistas. To complement the high-end luxury experience synonymous with the Conrad name, there will be a variety of all-day dining and fine-dining restaurants, bars and lounges. The resort's spa will combine international treatments with a uniquely Thai spa philosophy and design accents.

Meeting and business centre facilities will also offer first class service and amenities for business travelers and the meetings business segment (MICE) looking to experience smaller-scale, exclusive events.

Due to open in 2010, the Conrad Abu Dhabi will mark the luxury brand's entry into the U.A.E capital.

The Conrad Bimini Resort & Casino is part of an overall new seaside village, the Bimini Bay Resort. The hotel will offer 250 luxurious guest rooms, 160 residences, several fine restaurants, an elegant marina, a spa and a casino.

The Conrad Bimini Resort & Casino located 48 miles east of Miami on the island of North Bimini, Bahamas, is a 15-minute air flight or a 90-minute boat trip away. It will be completed during 2010.

Scheduled to open in 2010, the Conrad Dubai will be located in the heart of Dubai's commercial, business and entertainment district - Sheikh Zayed Road. The Conrad Dubai will include 550 luxury guest and executive floor rooms and suites.

The Conrad Dubai will also offer 30 meeting rooms and a fully equipped business centre, two ballrooms, which will accommodate 1,100 and 500-800 guests, three innovative restaurants and bars, a spa and health club with an outdoor swimming pool.

The Conrad Dubai will be strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, just 20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and close to the Dubai World Trade Centre, International Convention Centre, Dubai International Financial Centre and the Dubai Metro System Station.

Located in one of the most exclusive resort developments on the Algarve, the Conrad will feature approximately 158 guest rooms and suites designed to reflect a contemporary Portuguese style. The hotel, situated in a prime seven hectare mixed development site approximately 10km from Faro International Airport, will enjoy a key position close to some of the world's most famous golf courses when it opens in 2010.

Scheduled to be open in 2011, the Conrad Beijing will join Conrad Hotels & Resorts as it expands its luxury portfolio in China.

The Conrad Beijing will be located in the city's Central Business District, close to the newly built China Central TV Tower and near to renowned tourist attractions such as the World Heritage Site, the Forbidden City and historic landmark, Tiananmen Square. The hotel will also be in close proximity to Wangfujing Street, one of China's most famous pedestrian shopping boulevards, combining contemporary boutiques with China's oldest brands and traditional tea houses.
